MPE Music Practice & Education

MPE is designed to train Music Teachers, covering music pedagogy, educational concepts, music practice and performances, school musical counseling and animation.

For a period of 24 months (4 semesters in 2 years) trainees shall be introduced to music theory, educational and pedagogic concepts and literatures.

Trainees shall be trained and drilled in the practice and performance of school animation instruments including Marching Band instruments, orchestra, choir and traditional instruments and further on practical and operational strategies in forming, training and managing school musical clubs; their instruments and equipment.
Trainees shall also be taught and drilled on the use of Music Software Applications, the digital economy and Cultural entrepreneurship to cultivate industrial musicianship.
